When making online purchases, we use a secure server. When your browser communicates with a secure server, all information is encrypted and Kept private. Whenever your information is passed over the Internet it will be fully encrypted enabling you to shop worry-free. Order Information

You may place your order online through our secure server, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology to encrypt your order and safeguard your information. We can only accept orders from U.S. Billing addresses while supplies last.

Prices quoted on the website do not include taxes and are stated and payable in U.S. dollars.Because of the nature of our business, prices are subject to change without notices. Any product promotions are not guaranteed for any length of time. Please verify the product price in your shopping cart, as this will reflect the most current pricing. You will be notified via e-mail of your final order amount, including all applicable tax and shipping charges following the receiption of your order.



US Shipping Information

Due to shipper restrictions, HiTiShop.com does NOT ship or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. HiTiShop.com does NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be calculated automatically and be added to the cost of the order after the shipping address has been entered. Generally, all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business day, Monday through Friday. The day the order is received and the day the order is shipped are not included. You will be notified via e-mail once your order has been shipped and credit card has been charged.

Order with different shipping and billing addresses is expected to be verified before processing, which may cause delay.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as the payment options for your purchase. We are unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States.

If your shipping and billing addresses are different, please contact with your credit card issuer and list your shipping address as an authorized alternate address.

Order with different shipping and billing addresses is expected to be verified before processing, which may cause unexpected delay.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged at a flat rate of 7.75% of product subtotal for orders shipped to the State of California.


Product limited warranty

A. Limited Warranty.

Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies (America), Inc. (HITI) guarantees the HITI photo printer you have purchased from HITI or from an HITI Authorized reseller/retailer, to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of one year from the date of purchase, if purchased and used in the United States or Canada. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases or otherwise obtains the Printer from the original purchaser. You must provide the original purchase invoice or sales receipt as the proof of the date of purchase in order to obtain service.

Should your HITI product prove defective during the warranty period, HITI will repair or replace defective parts with serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and Printers replaced under this warranty will become the property of HITI. There will be no charge for labor or parts during the one-year warranty period. If it is determined that the printer cannot be repaired, HITI will exchange the defective printer for a printer of equal or greater value.


B. Warranty Limitation; Exclusions; Exclusive Remedies.

This Limited Warranty does not extend to any Printer not purchased from HITI or from an HITI Authorized Reseller/Retailer. This limited warranty also does not extend to any Printer that has been damaged or rendered defective in any way: (a) as a result of use of the Printer other than for its normal intended use; (b) failure to use the Printer in accordance with the User's Manual which accompanies the Printer CD; (c) any other misuse, abuse or negligence in handling or operating the Printer; (d) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by HITI; (e) by modification of the Printer; (f) as a result of service by anyone other than HITI or HITI's Authorized Service Provider; (g) improper transportation or packing when returning the Printer to HITI; or (h) by unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, flood, or acts of God.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, HITI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW ARE LIMITED BY THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL HITI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, DATA OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR BASED ON A WARRANTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, PERFORMANCE OR MAINTENANCE OF THE PRINTER, EVEN IF HITI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND, AS APPLICABLE, UNDER THE WARRANTY SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACH OF THE HITI LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN.

Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products, and some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. In such states and provinces, the exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. You are advised to consult applicable state or provincial laws for a full determination of your rights.

Returning Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority concern.

We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit on our online shop to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. You can shop with confidence at HiTiShop.com as every product we ship is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted.

Returning Policy of Product Purchased at HiTiShop.com

1. For a refund or exchange, products must be returned within 14 days from the date the product is delivered.

2. Original receipt or invoice must accompany any product to be returned/exchanged.

3. Product must be in the original box with original accessories, packaging, and quick guide in an undamaged, clean, and brand-new condition. Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

4. Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used - if accepted - may require a deduction of at least 15% of the purchase price unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange. This deduction is final. Subsequent return of missing items will not reverse the deduction.

5. Product using consumables such as photo paper and sticker, ribbon cartridge, cleaning kits and etc. must be returned with all accessories in factory-sealed conditions.

6. Refunds will be deposited into the same credit card account that is used for purchase, and will be processed in two weeks after the returned merchandise is received at Hi-Touch imaging Technologies' warehouse in California.

7. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and must insure return shipments for full replacement value. Our warehouse will not accept C.O.D. or freight-collect shipments. If the return merchandise is damaged in shipment or lost, Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies will not provide any exchange or refund.

8. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies.

9. Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery.

10. Any service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.

11. Customers must pay for the shipping costs for any returned item.

Hitishop.com Returning Procedure

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) by calling (909)974-0099 or e-mail to service@hitouchimaging.com within 14 days of the original ship date.

2. Provide the following information when requesting RMA #: original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.

3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, CDs, and consumable accessories are included.

4. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping carrier such as UPS or Fedex.

5. Return the merchandise within 7 days of issuance of the RMA number. Print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT RMA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
