this is the coolest purchase i've made yet.taking digital photos and printing photo"film" like prints is really great! i have had a good experience with the hiti-shop since my first phone call to them. they sent me demos of the quality print i'll get before i purchace the 640ps. As far as the 640ps ...i love it. fast easy and convienent because it isn't connected to my computer.

What a wonderful printer, I was expecting good but this printer is amazing! The instructions are crystal clear and set up couldn't be simpler. I am recomending Hiti to all my friends.

We inadvertantly ordered an incorrect accessory and the folks at HiTi contacted us to make sure we really wanted to order that specific accessory (we didn't). They corrected the order and it shipped in a timely manner. Once we received the printer (which works great) we had a question about cleaning. The people at HiTi responded within 1 hour to an e-mail inquiry and helped us through the process. We are very pleased with HiTi and have recommended them to others!

Everything shipped on time and delivered when they promised. Their photo printer is better than I had hoped and the quality of the photos it produces is far superior than my $300 photo inkjet printer and it's easy to operate. I had no problems with the setup.

Order process was smooth. UPS tracking was accurate. Merchandise was delivered in good shape within a few days using UPS ground. The photo printer PS is a great product and I'm very happy with it thus far. I would recommend both the product and the HiTi online store to others.

Delivered within 2 days of order. Greatest experience I have had shopping online! The Photo Printer 630PS produces photos better than most Photo Labs. I took a picture that I printed on the 630PS to a Photo Lab and they couldn't believe it came from a desktop printer. I actually had to take the printer in to prove it to them.

The 630PS Printer I purchased from HiTi is very well made and easy to use, with or without a computer. To date, I have made about 30 prints with excellent results. I am very happy with this printer and I highly recommend HiTi.

Excellent printer... installed and printed first print within 10 minutes and it looked great! I basically use the printer to print passport pictures, with the built in templates it's a snap excellent product, I will recommend it to all.

Hi Touch Imaging was fantastic to order from. My Photo Shuttle unit was shipped immediately and I had it 3 days later. The quality is absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend doing business with this company!

Customer satisfaction should always be a top priority of any business. The way the staff handles customer inquiry and orders by phone are the best I've ever encountered in an online store, no matter how much the cost of your order is. I've been though online shopping a lot, and one thing that makes me immediately avoid an online store are those that cannot entertain or answer you the best they can. With Hiti-shop, everybody entertained me as if I'm the most important customer. Kudos to the names Gary, Robin, Stacey and Sharon, whom i've actually talked and inquired to. They were all very polite and helpful. I've ordered a photoshuttle printer plus extra paper on a Monday night. And I received my order Thursday afternoon, a day ahead of schedule. While I'm definitely satisfied with the product itelf, I cannot disregard the excellent service they offer. Every other online store should be following their lead.
